Bump, Baby, & Beyond is a gentle gathering for moms-to-be and newly postpartum mamas designed to support your body, mind, and community. The morning begins with a 20-minute prenatal/postpartum movement class led by a certified instructor, followed by time to connect with trusted local providers and other moms navigating pregnancy and early motherhood. Come move, ask questions, gather resources, and build connections in a calm, welcoming space made for this season of life.
