Add Open Tab Option

We offer an Open Tab option, where your guests can order drinks from the café, and the total will be added to your final balance at the end of the party.

I acknowledge that the space is designed for children ages 6 and under. If any children older than 6 will be attending the party, I agree to inform the event coordinator immediately to ensure the space and activities are suitable for all attendees.

By agreeing to this package, the client acknowledges that it includes up to 10 children. Any additional children must be approved by Hiya Pal! in advance, and if approved, an additional charge of $18 per child will apply.(Required)

I understand I am permitted to arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to the scheduled event start time for preparation and setup. (Required)

The Client understands the non-refundable deposit of secures the booking and will be applied to the final balance. The Client must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel the event. The Client is responsible for any damages to the venue or its property caused during the event. Any costs associated with repairing or replacing damaged items will be added to the final balance.  Any additional party add-ons will be included in the final balance and due the end of the event.(Required)

The Client understands that all particpants must sign a waiver to particpate.(Required)

A 15% gratuity will be added to the final party bill for our party helpers, who work hard to ensure you and your children have the best possible experience. Additional gratuities are greatly appreciated!(Required)
