Cancellation Policy

FREE Event Booking Policy: Sponsored events are offered free of charge and have limited capacity. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance so another family may participate. A $25 no-show fee will be automatically charged to the card on file for missed reservations or late cancellations. By reserving a spot, you acknowledge and agree to this no-show policy.
