Service Description

In the middle of June’s chaos, join us for a special Members Only Night with playtime for the kids and dinner on us. Come hang out, let the kids play, skip cooking for the night, and let us lighten the load for a bit.

Cancellation Policy

Open Play Booking Policy * Open Play reservations may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled play session. You can reschedule anytime up to your scheduled session. * Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled at no additional charge. * Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session and no-shows are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled. Members that do not cancel within 24 hours of scheduled session will be charged $21 no show fee. * Hiya Pal reserves the right to modify or cancel play sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.
