Service Description

Whether your child loves dogs, feels unsure, or has never met one before, this calm playdate offers a supportive introduction to a friendly therapy dog. Kids can observe or interact at their own pace. No pressure, just positive experiences. Includes Storytime and time with Titan a certified therapy dog, plus open play at Hiya Pal.

Cancellation Policy

Open Play Booking Policy * Open Play reservations may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled play session. You can reschedule anytime up to your scheduled session. * Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled at no additional charge. * Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session and no-shows are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled. Members that do not cancel within 24 hours of scheduled session will be charged $21 no show fee. * Hiya Pal reserves the right to modify or cancel play sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.
