Service Description

Our informal screenings include a pre-call to discuss your concerns, a play-based session with a licensed occupational therapist, and a follow-up call to review observations and recommendations. Using the HELP (Hawaii Early Learning Profile), we’ll look at key areas like fine motor, gross motor, communication, cognitive, social/emotional, and self-help skills — helping you better understand your child’s strengths and areas for growth. $50 per child (not including taxes and fees)

Cancellation Policy

Open Play Booking Policy * Open Play reservations may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled play session. You can reschedule anytime up to your scheduled session. * Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled at no additional charge. * Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session and no-shows are non-refundable and may not be rescheduled. Members that do not cancel within 24 hours of scheduled session will be charged $21 no show fee. * Hiya Pal reserves the right to modify or cancel play sessions due to unforeseen circumstances.
